HOW TO SHOP
1. Select a product
It starts from the eye, then goes down to your heart. Browse through our collections and products, then select the product that you love by clicking the photo or product name. This will lead you to the product page to view more images and full details of the product.
2. Add to cart
On the product page, you may choose the product variants (e.g: Midi & Maxi). Then, click “ADD TO CART” or “BUY IT NOW” button to purchase the product. If you choose to browse more, click the “ADD TO CART” button. If you wish to end your search and pay for chosen items, click “BUY IT NOW”.
3. Review your cart
Click the bag icon on the top right header of the page. The following page will show all products that you have added to cart. You can add or reduce product quantity by clicking (-) or (+) icon. When you are finished, click “PLACE YOUR ORDER” button to proceed your order.
4. Check out – Information
On the information page, fill in your information as requested. Once you are done filling up required information, click “CONTINUE SHIPPING”. Don’t forget to tick the “Save this information for next time” box to make your next purchase easier!
5. Check out – Shipping
Choose your preferred shipping method on this page and click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT” to continue your order.
6. Check out – Payment
Pick an option for billing address. You will also see your order summary on this page. It will show your purchased items, discounts (if any), shipping costs, and total order value.
Don’t forget to apply any discount code in the box below your purchase list! (Get to know our latest information and promotion on our Instagram @nona.ind).
Click “COMPLETE ORDER” to finalize your order. You will be redirected to our payment provider website page to complete your payment & order securely. Choose your preferred payment method and follow the steps as shown on screen.
7. Yay, thank you! Your order is confirmed.
After the check out process is completed, you will be redirected to our thank you page that shows you your order summary. You will also receive an order confirmation via SMS contains Order ID (eg. #1001) and a link to preview your order. If you choose to receive updates by email, click the “Get shipping updates by email” button.
Once you make your payment, your order will automatically be processed as we will automatically capture your order’s payment. In this case, there’s no need for you to make a payment confirmation.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will you ship my purchase?
All orders will be processed within 48 hours when we have successfully received and confirmed your payment. Sunday and all holidays are excluded.

We ship from our partner warehouse based in West Jakarta.
How long is the delivery?
Each courier service may take different lead time of shipping. But standard delivery takes 1-7 working days (subjected to minor delays of busy periods in the holiday season).

What sizes are available?
Most of our items come in one size where we tag as All Size. Each design from our collection will have their measurement details for you to compare yourself to. From each of the cloth making, we also consider to adjust the size of all type of Indonesians body. Size and measurements can be found in the descriptions on every product page.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
We accept exchange/refund if you ever receive a defect item from us. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy to find out the learn the process. Please contact our Customer Service number at +62 895-2352-0182 (WhatsApp) on how to proceed your claim. Normally you will have to show us a photo to describe the defect part, then after internal review we can proceed on your exchange/refund. We hope to give you the best shopping experience. We thank you for your support and understanding during this process.
How do I wash Nona items?
We recommend most of the clothes to be machine-washed in "delicate" setting and cold water. Otherwise, hand washing is always a better way to go!
What is Order ID?
Order ID is a unique reference number for your order (eg. #1001) that you receive after you completed an order. You can find your Order ID in text message (SMS) you receive and on your order status page.
We aim to ship out your package as soon as possible as we receive your payment confirmation. So if you would like to cancel (or change) your purchase, do let us know within 3 hours of your purchase.
